Shipping

We don't believe in hidden shipping and packaging fees so all products include the basic shipping fee for second class parcel delivery.  UK Deliveries are delivered by Royal Mail usually 2- 3 days.

If you would like your product sooner there is a next day delivery option is available at an additional cost at check out.

We dispatch orders same day up until 3pm, cut off for Royal mail collections are 11.30 Saturdays and no collection on Sundays.

2. Defected items

 

To help speed up the return or refund quickly and effectively, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item.

Please make the photo clear showing any defect or damage and we will send a replacement as soon as The most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirm the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

• - Improper care
• - Normal wear and tear
• - Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
• - Damage caused by accident

Our Warranty covers the product for 21 days after delivery

 

We will process any refunds within 1 week.
